Dough Recipes From Old Cookbooks

Dusted off another cookbook and ran across a handwritten note from Ann Canivara. I zoomed in on CHURROS MADRILENAS. This brought back memories of a rare Sunday afternoon when my mother whipped up flour, water and sugar to treat us to churros (fried dough clusters from Spain).

Today I've listed a sampling of dough recipes from 6 cookbooks.
